Return Eligibility
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be in original, unused condition
- Include all original packaging and tags
- Not be custom-made or personalized items
- Be returned within 14 days of delivery
Custom and Personalized Items
Custom-made and personalized items are generally not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part. Please contact us to discuss any issues with custom items.
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us via email or phone to request a return authorization
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We will provide return instructions and shipping address
- Package the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, please contact us first. Exchanges are subject to product availability. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
